Fascism, Socialism, or Democracy?

Dublin Core

Title

Fascism, Socialism, or Democracy?

Subject

What model of government--fascism, democracy, or socialism--is the way forward for future generations.

Description

This article addresses the shortcomings of both a fascist and a socialist model of government, as they compare to the strengths of a democratic model of government. This was written in response to the many questions opened up by the Great Depression on whether democracy was worth maintaining in America when the economies of socialist Russia and fascist Italy and Germany were showing so much progress in the mid-1930s.
