Magic Johnson announced on Thursday November 7th that he has contracted the AIDS virus and has retired from the Los Angeles Lakers. In his speech he said "I'm going to miss playing. I will become a spokesman for the HIV virus because I want young people to realize they should practice safe sex. Sometimes we're a little naive about it. You think it could never happen to you."
