Ursinus College African American Experience Course

The historical, theological, and contextual study of religion examines the African American religious experience, including: the African Background, slavery in America, the struggle for freedom and identity, the development of the Black Church, the Black Muslim, the Civil Right Movement, and the emergence of Black and Womanist Theologists.
